Jr. NTR's Dammu Movie Review!

Direction :  Boyapati Srinu.
Music :  Keeravani.
Producer :  Alexander Vallabha.
Banner :  Creative Commercial’s.

Story:

Movie starts with fight scene between Suman (Vasireddy) and Nazar families. Both families indulge in killing each others for to get power in their village. Nazar kills one by one in the suman’s family. So He is the uncontested villain for next twenty five years.

NTR will be seen in two different characters in this movie one is “Rama Chandra” and another one is “Raja Vijaya Simha”. After twenty five years Veera Durgam (Kota Srinivasa Rao) adopts Rama Chandra (NTR) an orphan and introduces him to the suman family and vilagers as “Raja Vijaya Simha” as a heir to suman (Vasireddy) family. He falls love with Ashwini (Trisha)

How Raja Vijaya Simha wins the hearts of the villagers and family members and stops the violence in the village is the rest of the story.

Performance:

NTR has always been someone for the screen. He at least lacks the awkward presence unlike our more recent star kids. And with the years he has also grown into a more complete Telugu star and doesn’t need comedians in lots to provide the lighter moments. He had done his part, lesser clichés can bring out better.

Nassar does well to keep the other end interesting in spite of the bad make up. Kishore (the frustrated cop from Happy) is wasted in a role which had absolutely no lines. Not that we put our acting resources to good use.

Verdict:

The movie is good for fans and mass movie lovers. Overall the movie is good to watch once.
